Harmonious Society from the Perspective of Rural Sports for Human Resource Research

Under the construction harmonious society background,the countryside sports may not only promote the farmer body health effectively,but enrich the local culture life,which is the countryside cultural reconstruction important content.Because of the lack of countryside sports human resources,the development of countryside sports is also relatively backward,restricts the countryside sports seriously,and delays the course of countryside sports modernization.This paper uses the literature law,the union on the spot survey procedure,carries on the analysis of the countryside sports human resources development present situation,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures for promoting the economy development of countryside sports,the comprehensive realization of countryside well-off society and development of the harmonious society,solid foundation of sports human resources.
