Abstract

As a polytonal receptor of cell signal,transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) is activated or sensi- tized by a variety of physical and chemical factors,based on the mode of activation,TRPV1 causes extracellular calcium ion flowing into intracellular cis electric chemogradient,and it mediates basic activities.It plays an important role in chronic inflammatory diseases.In recent years,studies have shown that TRPV1 receptors having the function of inhibit inflammation and protect the body.
