Abstract
Iron pectrophotometric method was used to determine phytic acid in the bean pulp and rice bran.Extraction time, extraction temperature, resin type and flow rate were main influencing factors. With 45℃ extraction temperature,3 h extraction time,D201 anion exchange resin and flow rate of 0.5mL/min,the phytic acid content in the rice and bean pulp was 70.39mg/g and 21.42mg/g respectively. The method is simple, accurate, and adapts to quantification of phytic acid in the agriculture by-product.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
