Abstract

A reliable biological conclusion obtained from microarray experiment must be based of the optimized experimental design and the scientific data analysis.Several problems about the experimental design which are related with microarray data analysis were discussed, and differentially expression analysis, cluster analysis, functional enrichment analysis and their advancements were recommended. Some commonly used software and their application were also introduced.
