Abstract

Based on the heat transfer theory,hearth and bottom two-dimensional mathematical model of heat transfer was found.ANSYS software is applied to solve the temperature distribution,which is in ceramic cup liner of No.2 blast furnace at Jinan Iron Steel Co.Ltd.In addition,the temperature distribution of the hearth and bottom is alalyzed,which hearth deposition exists.The results show that E direction's ceramic cups are a serious erosion,hearth deposition hasa a greater impact on the hearth and bottom temperature distribution.
