Abstract
As panel display units, FEDs maintain the perfect performance of CRT and will be widely used in the future. Introduces the up-to-date RD of FEDs, of which the Carbon Nanotubes Field Emission Display (CNT-FED) and the novel structure of Field Emission Display are focused on. Discusses the characteristics and the triodic structures of Normal-gate and Under-gate and tetrodic structure of Double-gate.
