Lymphatic metastasis is one of the most important approachs of tumor metastasis, which relates to specific anatomical structure of lymphatic vessels and regulation of lymphatic endothelial cell-associated factor closely. To find appropriate markers of lymphatic endothelial cell is the main direction for studying tumor lymphangiogenesis.
