Abstract
Antisubmarine search is the most important part of the ship formation antisubmarine warfare.The paper analyses basic characteristics of the ship antisubmarine search and effective width of the ship formation antisubmarine search,and analyses search probability about submarine escaped from efficient search area of the ship formation,proposes a basic model of the ship formation antisubmarine search.This analysis will provide theoretic guidance for the ship formation antisubmarine search and search efficiency.
