Abstract
Pig is regarded as the most suitable unlimited source to solve the shortage of human dornor. However, there existes potential risk of infection because pig carrying porcine endogenous retrovirus, which severely impact the use of pig organs, tissues and cells in the clinical application. So,it is important to illuminate the infection risks of porcine endogenous retrovirus before used in clinical xenotransplantation.
