Abstract
The three-phase PWM rectifier hardware realization with DSP control core was introduced.The rectifier's main circuit parameters,the examination and sampling circuit,the control circuit,the driving circuit and monitoring protection circuit were studied and designed.Hardware design and realizing methods of PWM rectifier were shown.A digital control system based on DSP was constructed and the design methods of hardware and software were presented.The experimental results show the rectifier can output stable DC voltage,the power factor is high toward 1,it can suppress the harmonic disturbance,improve the quality of electrical grid.
