Abstract

The advance in the research of nylon6/montmorillonite(MMT)nanocomposite at home and abroad was summarized.The principles,methods for preparing and the character of property for PP/MMT nanocomposite were presented.Montmorillonite was exfoilated and dispersed in nanoscale in polyamide 6 matrix that can increase properties of polymer.The preparing methods included in situ intercalation and polymer melting intercalation.
