Abstract
Most of the laboratories of naval architecture and ocean engineering belong to teaching-scientific research laboratories,which undertake teaching tasks while conducting scientific researches.Based on the need of naval architecture and ocean engineering teaching-scientific research laboratory construction and aiming at laboratory post setting and experimental team building,experiment teaching reform,scientific research ability development,research service,and laboratory management,etc,this paper presented novel ideas reserch laboratories for laboratory construction,and explores the construction of teaching-scientific for naval architecture and oceanr engineering.
