Abstract

B 0 and 2C 0 truck locos can all meet the requirement of applying in mountain area with small radius of curve.The truck structure,locomotive dynamic performance and the general layout of the locomotive are taken considerations for model selection of the new type metre rail diesel locomotive truck.2C 0 radial truck is the preferred selection for the new type locomotive.The design of it is presented in this paper.
