Calculation of Settlement of Composite Foundation with Rigid Piles under Flexible Ground

Through further discussed on mechanism of the length-pile composite foundation,according to the interaction of the characteristic of pile,soil and cushion in length-pile composite foundation,introducing the Mylonakis Gazetas piles and piles,the pile and soil interaction model on the basis of shear displacement method,considering effect of the cushion layer,export the flexibility ration of the length pile composite foundation when calculating the interaction coefficient.A new method of computation of settlement were put forward by comprehensive consideration of pile-oil-cushion system when joint action in composite foundation,and aslo work out a corresponding calculation program.Finally carry on the analysis for a project example by this method,the calculated value is neatly dovetails.
