The New Development Conception of Tourism Circular Economy and its Systematic Operation Mode

Circular economy is a mode of economic development which aims at environmental benignancy and harmonious development.It has now been applied in some fields like the industrial ecological zone,eco-agricultural zone,eco-city construction,etc.However,it is rarely introduced and applied to tourism.Actualizing tourism circular economy is important for establishing and implementing the concept of scientific development and promoting the sustainable development of tourism.To improve tourism circular economy,new concepts related to economy,ethics,production,consumption,etc.should be introduced.A new integrated system operated and supported by the government,the enterprises,the market and the general public as well as all the departments concerned should be established.This will benefit tourism development in an environment-friendly way and realize the sustainable development of tourism circular economy.
