Characters of community structure of the Coexistant rodents in Qingyuan urban districts

Objective To analyse the characters of the community structure of the rodents and to provide evidence for killing rodents and preventing diseases. Methods Rodent trapping method. Results The community of the rodents in Qingyuan was composed of 4 populations , Rattus norvegicus , Rattus flavipectus ,Mus. musculus and Suncus murinus. The densities of the rodents were higher(12.4%). Rattus norvegicus were the majority in the urban districts, the surburb and the important trade.Conclusion The important field would be the main place to prevent and control rodents. Rattus norvegicus was the major aim for killing in suburb. The integrated method should be taken in the urban districts.
