Abstract

This article gives a introduction about the application of Matlab Software in mechanical design through some examples.It shows that Matlab can give easy solutions on solving mechanical design problems.Matlab can save workload on computer programming,simplify the input of initial parameters,and accords with the style of engineering design language.It has much superiority on mechanical design,and should be widely popularized in the teaching of mechanical design.
