Socialist Political Civilization:Origin and Route

From the beginning of 21st century,Communist Party of China has always been keeping up the pace of times and put forth the theory of socialist political civilization,which has renovated and expanded Marx's politics theory.Political civilization denotes the development status and level of politics of any social form,determined by the relation of production.Political civilization is a necessary part of societal civilization.The theoretical origin of political civilization is the important theory of three representatives.The essence of the construction of socialist political civilization is the construction of democracy,including the internal democracy of CPC and people's democratic institution.In this process of construction,it is important to learn actively from the achievements of political civilization in foreign countries.The 16th National Congress of CPC has blueprinted the political civilization in our country.Though every effort,a highly developed socialist political civilization shall be established.
