Abstract
The cellulose acrylate was prepared by acylation reaction with cellulose as raw material and acryloyl chloride as acylating agent in a homogenous reaction system. The chemical structures and the degree of substitute of products were characterized by FTIR and elemental analysis. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction time, acylating agent dosage and the concentration of cellulose on degree of substitution of the products were investigated. The optimal acylation reaction conditions of acryloyl chloride and cellulose were as follows: the reaction temperature was 50℃,the reaction time was 3.5h,the molar ratio of the acryloyl chloride functional group to the hydroxyl of cellulose was 3.35,and the concentration of cellulose was 1.95%.
