Abstract
The monomer of MAH is grafted polypropylene as the melting agent for polypropylene / clunch composite.Discuss the influence of the MAH and BPO dosage,reaction time,temperature on the grafting rate.The PP-g-MAH was characterized by infrared spectra.The results show that: when the m(PP)∶ mixed monomer)∶ m(BPO) = 10∶ 2∶ 0.6,the reaction temperature is 120 ℃,the mixed monomer are maleic anhydride / styrene,the graft melting agent PP-g-MAH rate can obtain a larger value of 3.9%.The reaction time has little effect on the rate of graft.Styrene has great effect on the grafting rate.Compared styrene.with the ordinary single monomer maleic anhydride grafted,the graft rate increased.
