Abstract
The connotations and principles of the sustainable development oriented optimal allocation to region water resources are analyzed systematically. The model of the optimal allocation is established. The practicable methods and procedures for the model are presented, and the case study is done by taking the water resources allocation in the level year 2010 of Tianjin city as the object.
