CT Diagnosis of Obsolete Pulmonary Tuberculosis Accompanied with Peripheral minor Lung Carcinoma

Objective To study the characteristics and differenital diagnosis of obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied with peripheral minor lung carcinoma.Methods CT tindings of obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied with peripheral minor lung carciom in 26 cases were retrospectively analysed.Results In 26 patients,21 cases were diagnosed correctly because of them with typical CT findings of peripheral minor lung carcinoma,while 5 cases were misdiagnosed because of atypical CT findings of lung carcinoma.Conclusion Obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis accompained with peripheral minor lung carcinoma is common seen,atypical minor lung carcnioma is easily misdiagnosed.
