Abstract
Objective: To study the ECG atypical changes in early phase of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:The dynamic ECG changes in early phase were observed in 52 patients with AMI. Results:The ECG changes in won-tramsmural myocardial infarction were in 6 cases(11.5%), in anterior myocardial infarction(anter-oseptal myocardial infarction) 20 cases(38.5%), in lateral myocardial infarction, inferior myocardial infarction and posterior myocardial infarction 23 cases(44.3%), in right ventricular myocardial infarction 3 cases(5.79%), Conclusion: The ECG changes of myocardial ischaemia, injury .necrosis in early phase of AMI weren't showed precisely, by the changes of secondary myocardial infarction or multiple myocardial infarction, combined with bundle branch block or preexcitaion symdrome covering and so on. It would render losing diaghosis and misdiagnose easily.
