Clinical analysis of the surgical treatment of 113 cases of hypertention combining hemorrhage

Abstract

Objective To discuss surgical opportunity,surgical indication ,surgical method and postoperative management of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH). Methods Experience of 113 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage operated in our hospital since 2002 was retrospective analysis.Results 26 patients resume all right after operation,53 were middling deformity,19 grave deformity,7 persistent vegvtative state,8 death. Conclusion Standardise surgery method of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can decrease mortality .
