Abstract
According to the structure characteristics and the operating principle of beam-carried cranes, the mechanical model of the main beam vibration of beam-carried cranes was established, and design variables of the main beam vibrating analysis system of beam-carried cranes were provided. On this basis, the main beam vibrating analysis system of beam-carried cranes was designed using parameterized functions of ADAMS software. The simulation example of 450 t beam-carried crane illustrated that the system had a good user interface and was convenient for setting and modifying parameters of the mechanical model and could be used to analyze and study different types of beam-carried cranes.
