Abstract
This paper described that in-flight radiometric calibration for thermal bands of HJ-1B using the test site Qinghai-lake.The radiance of water surface was measured by CE312,and the spectral transmittance and upward radiance of the atmosphere was calculated using radiance transfer model MODTRAN4.0.At the same time the spectral response of HJ-1B sensor and that of CE312 sensor are coupled.The calibration coefficient is given by the comparison between the apparent radiance of sensor and the digital count of satellite's output from the data of Aug.1 and 5,2010.The results are validated by the data of June 29,2010 at the Dali-lake test site.
