Analysis on regulation policy of recycling industry in China

Recycling industry in China can not develop well without the policy support by the nation.It is helpful for seeking the internal relations of the current policy system to classify and analyze the relevant policies,and achieve the policy improvement.This paper argued that China's current policies on recycling industry could be summarized into five areas: comprehensive regulations for both recycling and renewable resources use,regulation policies on recycling system,solid waste management in the field of environmental protection,comprehensive utilization of resources and waste import management.Based on these five aspects of recycling policies,this paper identified the relationship and internal links among the relevant policies,and then gave a comprehensive evaluation.
