Preliminary Study on the Functions, Dilemma and Countermeasures of Non Governmental Organizations in Building up a Harmonious Society

A very important aspect of building up a harmonious society is to connect various social strata,to relieve social conflicts,and to comfort citizens' emotions so as to keep various social elements and relationships in a harmonious status.Non governmental organizations have irreplaceable functions in resolving and meeting these social needs.In China's reality,non governmental organizations have huge developmental and operational potentials in building up a harmonious society,but they are also confronted with many problems.This paper tries to analyze the effects,difficulties of non governmental organizations in building up a harmonious society,and further explores the corresponding countermeasures.
