Abstract
In this paper,Extraction conditions of pectin from Hanzhong orange peel, such as temperature,pH-value,time,feedstock ratio and Cellulase dosage were studied. The optimal conditions were obtained by a series of mono-factor experiments and L16(45)orthogonal test.Variance analysis indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were:temperature 55 ℃,pH7.0,extraction time 2.5h,liquid ratio 1 ∶20,the amount of 0.25% cellulase.Pectin yield can reach 17.31% under the optimal condition.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
