Application of ISO 9000 standard in nursing care quality management

Objective To achieve scientific,perfect,systematic and reasonable nursing care quality management.Methods In accordance with the standard of ISO 9000 and combining the hospital condition,the file system of nursing care were constructed and completed.All factors and process influenced nursing care quality were controlled by means of implement,maintenance and completion systematic files.Results Application of the standard of ISO 9000 promoted nursing care quality management and made the management further normalized and standardized.Conclusion Process management and sustained improvement have reduced(nursing) defect,improved nursing care management and won the patient′s credence,resulted in well economic benefit and social effect.
