Abstract
In the water resources protection work of Songliao rivers basin, the prevention and the improvement of water pollution is conducted to start with the practice, the supervision and the management of water resources protection is strengthened proceeding from the river basin, the water resources protection is promoted by science and technology progress. The water resources protection is moving towards the river basin model gearing to the needs of the new century.
