Abstract

Virtual instrument is a product of modern computer software technology and communication technology in combination with test and measurement technology.The principles of composition,major function,characteristic and apply of virtual instrument are discussed.Base on the virtual instrument development platform of LabVIEW,the design of virtual instrument of sine signal generator is given in details.
