Discussion about Think Tanks of Agriculture,Rural Development and Farmers

Currently three dimensional rural issues focus on difficulties of farmers' employment,slow development of rural economy and rural depression. The root of these problems is the incompatibility of peasant economy and market economy. The necessity to solve these problems is to convert the peasant economy and realize the development and transformation of farmers,agriculture and rural area. This article discusses construction of the think tanks mainly from three aspects. The first is to establish the think tank of agricultural development and transformation from industrialized operation of agriculture,social service system in rural areas,ecological agriculture and agricultural technology innovation. The second is to set up the think tank of rural development and transformation from rural resources,rural land circulation,coordinated development of rural industrialization and urbanization,and new rural construction. The third is to create the think tank of farmers' development and transformation from farmer quality,farmers' specialized cooperative organizations,farmer employment and migrant workers.
