ve To study on spiropent microenema bioavailability in rabbit. Method different bioavailability between spiropent microenema and suppository in rabbit. Results Spiropent microenema absorbent amount is higher than suppository by AUCo -t. Conclusion Spiropent microenema is an available medicine.
