Abstract
To solve the problem of original handy work method in the college management of teacher and teaching re- source and cater for the development of information, the paper relates the realization of a B/S-based teaching resources management system,which is accomplishedwith the management of userauthority and login information, the management of information publishing and looking over, the management of special and class, the management and maintenance of teacherinformation, the managementofteaching task, themanagement of teaching process, the management of scientific research information, the management of teaching documents, the management of science meeting, the assessment of teacher achievements and so on, and the technology relatively, by analysing the course of real management of teaching work.
