Abstract

Norfloxacin Hydrochloride is a kind of Fluoroquinolones antibiotics. Inhibition in vitro experiment showed that: it had better inhibiting effect on three bacteria than other antibiotics at the same concentration, the diameter of inhibition of Norfloxacin Hydrocloride was bigger than that of chloromycetin. Biological assay also proved the same result, which was effective on controlling silkworm bacterial disease, and had no influence on silkworm growth and development and cocoon quality. The pharmacokinetic experiment showed that Norfloxacin Hydrochloride appeared in blood after it had been taken a quarter of hour, the peak time was half an hour, and it was disappeared in blood after 24 hours.
