On the Function of Government in Fostering System of High-quality Real Economy Itemsources

The fostering system of high-quality real economy itemsources is a systematic framework which solves the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises.It is good to promote coordinated development between fictitious economy and real economy,and increases social welfare.However,it is a hot issue to use the public finance to fund the small and medium-sized enterprises,which have the characteristics of self-interest.In the paper,we study the theoretical foundation of government and public finance funding the fostering system of high-quality real economy Itemsources,and highlight the irreplaceable role of the government.We introduce some successful experience of developed countries,and put forward the rational functional orientation of government in the system.
