Application of XT-4000i Multi-function Automated Blood Cell Analyzer in Body Fluid Detection

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of XT-4000i multi-function automated blood cell analyzer in body fluid detection.Methods 210 cases of body fluid were collected from inpatients and outpatients randomly,and were tested with the XT-4000i multi-function automated blood cell analyzer and the manual method,and then the correlation of the white blood cell count,red blood cell count and differential count of the body fluid of the two methods were analyzed.Results Good agreement for the white blood cell count,red blood cell count and differential count were obtained between the XT-4000i multi-function automated blood cell analyzer and the manual method,and the correlation coefficient(r) of the white blood cell count,red blood cell count and differential count were 0.968,0.973 and 0.936 respectively.Conclusion the XT-4000i multi-function automated blood cell analyzer has high value in clinic body fluid detection.
