On Social Fairness and Its Realization from the Perspective of the People's Livelihood

The people's livelihood involves people's survival and development. The essence of fairness is the benefit distribution. The people's satisfaction with the livelihood is related to the social fairness. While the benefits and advantages are brought the country and the people by reform, it has also brought social questions and contradictions, especially employment, education, income distribution, etc. that are related to people's vital interest. The core of people's dissatisfaction is the social unfairness. To realize the social justice, we must insist on human-orientation, strengthen the system construction and power supervision, develop economy to guarantee and realize the social fairness to the largest extent.
