Critical Contradictions with the Development of the Health and Medical Industry and Route- Choice of Chinas Medical Care Reform

Under the Market Economy Condition,there are five critical contradictions with the development of the health and medical industry.In present health system,the first problem needed to be solved is the institutional innovation. Combining the reform of public hospitals with the reform of the medical insurance,establishing the newstyle system of public medical insurance which combines the medical insurance focused on public hospital with public medical service in order to form a unified,universal coverage,balance urban and rural,building an effective medical and health management system of the separate conduct of public affairs,the management to separate the health insurance fund separate,are practicable route-choice to resolve the present inherent contradiction of the medical and health system and problems of China's medical care reform.
