Abstract

With the rapid development of e-commerce,the online payment platform appeared and the security of online payment also did.The government confirms the legitimacy of e-commerce and market access qualification,in addition,the China Banking Regulatory Commission and the Industry and Information Department should supervise it cooperatively,guarantee safety of funds and orderly operation of online payment platform.
