Results The improv rate of clinical symptom and lirer function in the treatment were higher than that of coutrol group( P 0.05),HBeAg turned to negative in 50.0% of treatment group compared 21.9% in control group,HBV-DNA turned to negative on 52.4% and 24.4% in the two groups, side effects had not been found. Conclusion Oxymatrine is an effeclive drug in treating chronic hepatitis B,It can be recommended for a wider clinical use.
