In recent years,the rapid development of scientific Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) has effectively promoted the developmen of economic and social.The availability of a sufficient source of capital and the maximum effect of the capital are vital for scientific SMEs' management and development,but because of the single financing channel,high financing cost,high financing risk and information asymmetry,the shortage of capital and the financing efficiency have become the bottle neck in their development.So we should improve the financing efficiency of scientific SMEs through promoting the innovation of financing and science,perfecting the multi-level capital market,and strengthening the construction of enterprises themselves.
