Abstract
The adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) from laboratory wastewater on activated carbon was investigated by the methods of static adsorption and dynamic adsorption. The influences of the solution pH,quantity of activated carbon were observed, and the treatment effect of dynamic adsorption and regeneration of activated carbon was assayed. The results revealed that activated carbon was a promising sorbent for the removal of Cr(Ⅵ) from laboratory wastewater, and its Regeneration procedure is simple and efficient.
