Research on Vibration and Noise of JS315-type Reducer

The vibration and noise of gearbox can reflect the quality of gear device,influence factors of gear box vibration and noise have the gearing mesh,shaft deformation,the gear case accuracy,installation error and so on,among which the gearing mesh is the major factor.The main factors which influence the stability of gear is gear base pitch deviation and the tooth profile deviation.Through the vibration and noise JS315-type reducer,the influence factors of gear vibration and noise are analyzed,and the causes of abnormal sound and vibration are found out.The problem is successfully solved.
