Environmental crisis and ecocriticism

With the advancement of global economy,how to handle environmental crisis becomes the top priority of human being.In responding to this call,ecocriticism came into being.Equipped with ecological principals,the paper examines the relationship between culture and nature and claims that the notion of exploitation of nature should be overturned.It also intends to promote the people′s consciousness of environmental protection and urge everyone living on the earth to be aware of the importance of posing a harmonious relationship with the outside world-nature,which in turn fundamentally solves environmental crisis once and for all.
