Discussion on Valuation of Horizontal Directional Drilling Crossing Project of City Gas Transmission Pipeline

At present, the market price of horizontal directional drilling construction varies widely, and the valuation basis significantly lags behind, which leads to great difficulties in project valuation. The present status, existing problems and influencing factors of valuation basis for horizontal directional drilling crossing project are analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
