Abstract

[Objective] This paper aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Sinisan and Sijunzitang treating for patients with chronic hepatitis B.[Method] We selected 60 chronic hepatitis B patients whose liver fibrosis markers were abnomoral and divided them into three groups randomly. There were the Sinisan group,SiJunzitang group and Sinisan + Sijunzitang group. The three groups were all gieven the basis of routine therapy.we added Sinisan,Sijunzitang and they both to three group sepreately for 6 monthes. Then we observed the liver fibrosis markers(HA,PC Ⅲ,IV C the LN) changes after the treatment.we followed all the patients.[Results] All groups' liver fibrosis markers were improved significantly after the treatment(P0.01).Compared to Sinisan group and Sijunzitang group,Sinisan+Sijunzitang group's liver fibrosis markers improved more significantly(P0.01);But there were no difference between Sinisan group and Sijunzitang group(P0.05).[Conclusion] Using both Sinisan and Sijunzitang to treat liver fibrosis of Chronic hepatitis B patients can be improved liver fibrosis significantly and delayed its process.
