Abstract
Based on the application of comprehensive index method such as Nemerow water quality index and single-factor evaluation,we used the 2007~2009 monitoring data to evaluate water quality of Taihu Lake after water crisis in 2007.The results show that the main pollutants of Taihu Lake are TP and TN;the whole water quality of Taihu Lake is gradually improved from 2007 to 2009;water quality status and development trend in 9 lake regions is distinct;Meiliang Lake,Zhushan Lake and western part of Taihu Lake are most seriously polluted areas.
