Abstract
The discovery of criminal evidence has a value basis in Anglo-American law system and civil law county and our county.Different criminal litigation system decide the difference of way and range in the discovery of criminal evedence.the discovery of crimimal evidence procedure is present and different in majority counties,In our country,the discovery of crimimal evidence needs being improved because it is not suit to criminal procedure system and mode of trial.
